ALIGNs use a Quantum Healing technique that is obvious or "hidden" in an activation.

During the Remote Quantum Healing you are fully awake, there is nothing you need to do. You just sit back and relax, unless Alice asks you to participate in the process.

You might not notice anything, or you feel physical, mental or emotional shifts, you might yawn, burp or even fall asleep. It is all perfectly fine. 

Every Align takes some of your resistance away (emotions, beliefs, trauma, family or past lives, stress, physical issues, etc.), sometimes more that other times. Your higher consciousness knows what is best for you and adjusts accordingly.

You might feel a little lightheaded or gently shaken after the session, this normally passes in a few minutes, hours or a day. 

Make sure to drink a lot of water and listen to what your body needs.

The ALIGNs create quantum shifts and raises your vibration. Your body/emotions are often a bit slower in shifting and need some time to adjust and settle. All you can do is allowing it to do so. 

Realise that shifts in consciousness and well-being take their time in ordinary approaches.
