Once, we could swim upstream - work hard, push through, make things happen with willpower.
Then we discovered that going with the stream was easier. We began to follow our intuition, choosing what felt aligned.

But just when we started to feel a little more comfortable, the heightened energies arrived - wave after wave of solar flares, shifting electromagnetic fields, energetic pulses - all forcing us to clear the boulders in our stream of life. We let go of some… and held on to others: old patterns, buried traumas.

And then came the moment where there was nothing left to hold onto. Just let go - or drown.
The carpets are being pulled. What is unaligned must go, one way or another.

Who am I without the old identities?
How do I live now that all my former security is gone?

Each week begins with a live Zoom session on Monday, where we come together to set the tone and frequency for what’s ahead.

Every day, you’ll receive a daily transmission: this might be a practice, a mantra, a guided meditation, a channeled message, or a simple focus point to carry you through the day.

I will tune into our collective field each morning and share what wants to arise. This is not pre-packaged, it’s live, current, and intuitively guided.

Hi, I’m Alice Roorda, Spiritual Psychologist and I’ll be walking these 21 days right beside you.

I’ve worked with hundreds of souls, channeled transmissions, led deep mentorships, and walked through many phases of death and rebirth in both my own life and the lives of those I serve.
