A  Psychologist MA.

I have a masters in Psychology and am a certified Magnetic Mind Coach, TRE® Provider & QEC Practitioner. 

For the past 24+ years I have lived abroad with my family in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, where I worked as a professional in Mental Health Clinics and in the field of humanitarian work.

After that, I had a thriving private practice in Athens (since 2020 online), where I incorporate new science, new psychology and new methodologies, that bring about amazing transformations in my clients.

Besides private sessions I run my most impactful 7-step Starseed Rising program - to connect with your Higher Self and fully live from that higher knowing and expanded Self. 

On my path to my true self I started listening to my heart and followed it. The best thing I ever did! 

From inspiring Europe, I now run 💫Light Living for those ready to live their light. 

I have an Inner Circle on mastery, give workshops, create events, speak on my YouTube channel, and whatever else I feel inspired to bring into this wonderful world.
